Chicago is home in more ways than one. We at Hearon Fitzpatrick Marketing believe in taking care of home by working alongside our community. In a sprawling, urban city there are a lot of opportunities to get involved and discover a new side to Chicago. While buying and selling can be a stressful process, volunteering can provide fantastic benefits for your physical and mental health. Not to mention the benefits of experience and cultivating new skills!
Here is a list of organizations and databases to start finding a place that’s right for you. Some of these organizations provided are recommended by our assistant, who has graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Sciences – Public Health Policy and Healthcare Administration.

PAWS Chicago
“For years, shelters were silently killing the vast majority of homeless pets coming in. The public was kept in the dark. The No Kill revolution was founded to change this and to engage the public in solving the problem. PAWS Chicago is part of a revolution—the No Kill revolution—that started in San Francisco in 1994 and is now sweeping the nation.”
